The document collects ideas of people who weren't there when it was written, who haven't had a chance to look at it, and who haven't agreed to participate or "apply" for anything. Submitting their ideas and implying their participation without their knowledge/consent is the opposite of a "community move." I'm very sorry, it was not my intention. Oresti, I understand that you were kindly making sure that a draft, at least, was in for the deadline. I thought it was evident, as we worked on this, that we had to confirm with a lot more people first.
