The document collects ideas of people who weren't there when it was written, who haven't had a chance to look at it, and who haven't agreed to participate or "apply" for anything.Submitting their ideas and implying their participation without their knowledge/consent is the opposite of a "community move." I'm very sorry, it was not my intention.
