That was such a nice email and I somehow missed it until just now.
I hereby submit a not much changed proposal that has been looked at by
everyone it involves.
It would be exciting to try for an installation for the NAC exhibition, and
to work with documentation for the online hub and the publication!
The November workshop at NeMe will help us pin things down further!

Let us know if you need anything more!

Dear Chrystalleni and Orestis,
Just for the record - I very much like the idea.
But I'm also committed to democratic processes (which shouldn't come as a
surprise). I felt that things went a bit too quickly, and not everybody was
in line / comfortable. Then it's wise to slow down, and not to rush into
things. We can actually afford this, as we have a second call open (and the
15/9 deadline).
If you're meeting up soon, one thing to think about is how you'll use the
different spaces, in particular what you want where. We have four platforms:
-the space(s) you select - platform 1
-the NAC (our material hub) (p2)
-the online hub (p3)
-the book, which comes afterwards (p4)
Performances are a very important art form (and your plans look good), but
they are famously hard to bring into an art space. That's why I want to
invite you to think about what you'll do with p2 (and p3/4), knowing that
the main emphasis will be on p1 (which is perfectly fine).
And finally, you don't have to wait until 15/9 to submit the proposal - you
can do this earlier too ;)
Ciao
