Here is the latest iteration of hack66's BalkanMed Phygital brief, designed
as a collaboration between hack66, ARTos, and Fine Arts UNIC, in connection
with P2PLab (Greece) and OpenLabs (Albania). Suggested edits are very
welcome. Expressions of interest, also very welcome!
